Hello there! My name is Sheila Remolar. Sweet Epiphany Daycare is very special to me. I am grateful for my journey towards putting this special place together. Sweet Epiphany Daycare is my home, my dream and my ministry. I sincerely hope and pray that the families that become a part of my daycare will grow in grace and be blessed abundantly.
I have a strong passion for teaching and working with children. I taught for two years after graduating from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education. I worked several corporate jobs thereafter. While I enjoyed all of my corporate jobs, my passion for teaching remained. So in 2007, I decided to volunteer and teach catechism at our parish (St. James the Apostle Catholic Church in Fremont, CA). I’ve been volunteering and working with the children of our parish for the last 17 years. I am still actively involved in the Faith Formation ministry at our parish and now managing the religious education program (i.e., CCD) as the Faith Formation Director.
Volunteering for St. James and the Faith Formation ministry has been extremely rewarding. It was instrumental in helping me discern what I wanted to do after my last corporate job. It gives me so much joy to know that I can share my passion even more through Sweet Epiphany Daycare.
